Passive

Passives come in two tiers: Passive (1) and Passive (2). Both are handled by NPCs in Cylloan.

Passive (1)​

The first NPC in Cylloan sells the Passive (1) skills. Each passive costs 100kk and can only be obtained from this NPC.

Passive (2)​

Once you own all of the Passive (1) skills, you can craft the Passive (2) skills from another NPC, also in Cylloan.
