Specialist Card Augments

The Dragon Core Crafting NPC in Dragonveil crafts the Dragon Gems you apply to a +20 Specialist Card to give it a permanent Dragon Blessing — an elemental buff. Each element (Fire · Water · Shadow · Light) comes in a PvE and a PvP version.

The same NPC also crafts the Dragon Cores, the base material for the Dragon equipment and its augments.

Dragon Cores

Craft the Core matching the content you play, from raid fragments plus Runic Dragon Powder. Cores are used to build the Dragon equipment.

Gem buffs · Dragon Blessing

Apply a Dragon Gem to a Specialist Card that is +20 to grant it a permanent Dragon Blessing matching the gem's element. Applying a different gem swaps the blessing (you can't apply the same one twice). The blessing is active while that SP is worn.
